Music is the most loved and passionate form of art that has been adored for centuries as the greatest creation of mankind. Yes, with the use of selective music based on individual preferences, researchers found that they could deliver particular stimulus into the brain centers of the tinnitus sufferer thereby selectively altering the emotional response of the limbic system and starting the tinnitus treatment.
Music used here must be chosen by the patient and then based on its beat structure and lyrical makeup, the stimulus that helps the limbic center stop responding emotionally to tinnitus has to be embedded in the carrier music to be delivered through the ears into the limbic center of the brain.
